To the bondholders in the SEK 100,000,000 senior secured callable fixed rate bonds due 2020 with ISIN SE0010985218 (the “Bonds”) issued by Prime Living Campus Stockholm AB (publ).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 August 2020 and last date to vote was on 9 September 2020, Prime Living Campus Stockholm AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Proposal“).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum, and more than 3/4 of the eligible votes voted in favor to approve the Proposal.
