To the bondholders in the maximum SEK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured callable floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0011256338 (the “Bonds”) issued by Serneke Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”)
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 4 June 2020 and last date to vote was 24 June 2020, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 85.88 per cent of the eligible votes.
