The written procedure was approved as requested by the Issuer.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 22 May 2018 and last date to vote was 8 June 2018 sufficient number of Holders participated and the proposed amendments were accepted by 100 % of the eligible votes.
The proposal was adopted according to voting requirements of the terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions will therefore be changed as set out in the notice to the written procedure. The amended and restated terms and conditions can be downloaded via the link below;
