To the bondholders in the maximum SEK 400,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0008322333 (the “Bonds”) issued by Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 4 June 2020 and last date to vote was 24 June 2020, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
