Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the “Trustee”) acting in its capacity as Trustee for the bondholders under the terms and conditions for the bonds initiated at the request of Malmö Katrinelund 27 AB (publ) on 26 November 2020 a written procedure by which bondholders can approve or reject a proposal from the Issuer.
In the Written Procedure for which the last date to vote was 11 December 2020, the Trustee can hereby announce the successful completion of the Written Procedure.
The amended terms and conditions will become effective once the conditions have been fulfilled. The Trustee will inform once the conditions have been fulfilled and when the accrued interest together with the interest in advance will be paid out.
