Notice of outcome in written procedure for bonds issued by ADDvise Group AB (publ)

To the bondholders in the Senior Secured Bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0015222088 (the “Bonds”) issued by ADDvise Group AB (publ) on 17 May 2021.

Notice of outcome in the written procedure
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21st of November 2022 and last date to vote was 15th of December 2022, the Agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding a request to amend certain provisions in the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100% per cent of the eligible votes.
