Notice of outcome in written procedure for bonds issued by Go North Group AB (publ) (ISIN: NO0012829847 and NO0012829854)

To the bondholders in the senior secured floating rate bonds with ISIN NO0012829847 (SEK Tranche) and NO0012829854 (USD Tranche) (the “Bonds”) issued by Go North Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 February 2023.

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 25 January 2024 and last date to vote was 16 February 2024, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding the new finance structure (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 91,53 per cent of the eligible votes.
