To the bondholders in the Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds 2017/2021 (the “Bonds”) with ISIN: SE0010324194 (SEK Bonds), ISIN: NO0010805112 (NOK Bonds) and ISIN: NO0010805138 (USD Bonds) issued by Grundingen Fastighets AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 October 2017.
Notice of outcome in written procedure
In the written procedure for which notice was given on March 8th 2022 and last date to vote was March 21st 2022, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding amending and restating the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Proposal”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Proposal was accepted by 94 per cent of the eligible votes.
