Notice of outcome in written procedure for bonds SE0013888120 issued by Neptunia Invest AB (publ)

To the bondholders in the senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0013888120 (the “Bonds”) issued by Neptunia Invest AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).

Notice of outcome in the written procedure
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 25th of January 2023 and last date to vote was 21st of February 2023, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the amendment and restatement of the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain consents and waivers under the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
