Notice of outcome in Written Procedure for Mathesa Investments AB (publ) ISIN SE0016049043 (SEK) and SE0016074058 (EUR)

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 24th of January 2023 and last date to vote was 17th of February 2023, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the amendment and restatement of the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain consents and waivers under the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
