Intertrust (Sweden) AB, acting in its capacity as agent for the Noteholders under the terms and conditions of the Notes, initiated on 21 November 2016 a written procedure where the Noteholders were asked to approve to amend the terms and conditions of the SEK 350,000,000 with ISIN: SE0005505807.
The written procedure was completed 14 December 2016 and the suggested changes of terms and conditions have been approved by the Noteholders. The changed terms and conditions enter into force effective immediately. The changed terms and conditions are published on the Company’s website and on the agent Intertrust (Sweden) AB’s website.
