To the holders of the SEK 276,000,000 Floating Rate Additional Tier 1 Capital Notes by Klarna Bank AB (publ) in March 2022 with ISIN SE0017767296.
Intertrust (Sweden) AB hereby announces that the written procedure initiated through a notice to the Noteholders of the Capital Notes on 15 March 2024 (the “Written Procedure”) has today been successfully completed. A sufficient number of Holders participated in the Written Procedure to form a quorum and a requisite majority of the voting Holders voted in favour of the request. The Noteholders have therefore approved the Request.
