Notice of outcome in written procedure for senior bonds issued by Frederiksborg Ejendomme 2 ApS

To the bondholders in the senior secured callable fixed rate SEK and EUR Bonds 2020/2021 with ISIN: SE0014957445 (SEK bonds) and ISIN: SE0014957452 (EUR bonds) (the ” Senior Bonds”) issued by Frederiksborg Ejendomme 2 ApS (the “Issuer”).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 28th of February 2023 and last date to vote was 17th of March 2023, the trustee hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding the request to amend and restate the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
