Notice of outcome in written procedures for the Bonds issued by Koggbron AB (publ) (senior)

To the bondholders of up to SEK 650,000,000 Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds (SEK ISIN SE0009806573, NOK ISIN NO001079127.0 and NO001079128.8) issued by Koggbron AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 31^st of May 2017.

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 7 June 2019 and last date to vote was 1 July 2019, the Trustee hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding consensual enforcement and sale of certain pledged assets of the Issuer as well certain amendments to the Terms and Conditions.

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 95.86 % of the eligible votes.
