The Bondholders accepted the resolutions proposed by the Trustee for the bonds issued by Malmö Katrinelund 27 AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 12 December 2017 of up to SEK 155,000,000 Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds.
In the second written procedure for which notices were given on 9 October 2018 and last date to vote was 26 October 2018, Bondholders accepted the proposed resolutions by more than sixty-six and two thirds (66 2/3) per cent of the eligible votes. The proposal was adopted according to voting requirements of the terms and conditions. This means that the “Stand still” is in effect and the “Controlled Liquidation to dispose the assets of the Issuer will be initiated.
