Melitho AB issued a letter of partial redemption of the bonds in accordance with the Terms and Conditions amended on 8 December 2016 through a written procedure by the bondholders.
Record date for the partial redemption is the 22nd of December 2016 and the funds will be disbursed on the 30th of December 2016. A total of SEK 67 100 000 will be disbursed, which corresponds to 102 per cent of the nominal redemption amount. The 20th December 2016 is the last day to trade, hence the last day when a noteholder is entitled to a part of the partial redemption. For the avoidance of doubt; no further action is required from each noteholder in order to receive funds from the partial redemption.
