Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the “Trustee”) acting in its capacity as agent and security agent for the bondholders under the terms and conditions for the bonds issued by CapRate Campus 4 AB with SEK ISIN: SE0010101782, EUR ISIN: SE0010442269 & NOK ISIN: NO0010808090, has at the request of the Issuer initiated a written procedure by which bondholders can approve or reject a proposal from the Issuer regarding prolongation of the maturity of the bonds as well as certain amendments to the terms and conditions.
