Following feedback from certain Bondholders, Intertrust (Sweden) AB in its capacity as trustee for the holders of the Bonds in the above mentioned bond issue with ISIN: SE0012481307, NO0010849193 and NO0010849201 issued by Hancap AB (publ), the Trustee hereby initiates a procedure in writing in order to receive instructions from the Bondholders, whereby Bondholders can vote for or against the Trustee’s proposal to, inter alia, enforce certain Transaction Security under the Bonds on the conditions set out herein (the “Written Procedure”).
The Trustee must receive the Voting Form no later than 12:00 (CEST) on 20 September 2021 either by mail, courier or email to the Trustee using the contact details set out in Clause 5.7 (Address for sending replies) below. Votes received thereafter may be disregarded.
