Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the “Agent”) acting in its capacity as agent for the bondholders under the terms and conditions for the bonds with ISIN: SE0012230209 (SEK), SE0012230217 (EUR) & NO0010843600 (NOK), has at the request of the Issuer initiated a written procedure by which bondholders can approve or reject a proposal from the Issuer regarding a certain waiver to the terms and conditions.
