Notice of written procedure for junior bonds issued by Real Danmark A/S

Intertrust (Sweden) AB in its capacity as agent (the “Agent”) for the holders of the bonds (the “Bondholders”) with ISIN EUR BONDS: SE0013041530, and SEK BONDS SE0013041522 (the “Junior Bonds”)  issued by Real Danmark A/S (the “Issuer”) hereby initiates a procedure in writing, as requested by the Issuer, whereby the Bondholders can vote for or against the Issuer’s request to amend the terms and conditions of the Junior Bonds.

The Issuer hereby request that the Bondholders approve the proposed amendments to the terms and conditions of the Junior Bonds.
