CHR Bygga Bostäder Holding AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) has requested that the bondholders of its senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0010023770 approve a request for certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the bonds.
Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the “Agent”), acting in its capacity as agent for the bondholders of the bonds under the terms and conditions of the bonds, has at the request of the Issuer on 6 July 2018 initiated a procedure in writing by which bondholders can approve or reject certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the bonds.
The formal notice for the written procedure with more information on the written procedure the suggested amendments and how to participate can be downloaded here. The Issuers’ announcement is published on their website. Voting forms must be received by the Agent no later than 12.00 (CET) on 1st of August 2018.
To be eligible to participate in the written procedure a bondholder must fulfill the formal requirements of being a bondholder (as defined in the terms and conditions of the bonds) on 9th of July 2018. Any individual or company whose bonds are held by a nominee must contact such nominee to participate in the written procedure.
The formal notice for the written procedure has been sent by ordinary mail to direct registered bondholders and registered authorised nominees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds.
