Scandinavian Credit Fund I AB (publ) (“SCF“), being the single largest Bondholders under the Bonds has instructed the Trustee, acting in its capacity as Trustee for the Bondholders under the Terms and Conditions, to initiate a written procedure.

Voting forms must be received by the Trustee no later than 12.00 (CET) on 21 August 2019.
