IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF THE BONDHOLDERS’ MEETING 24 MARCH 2020.

Intertrust (Norway) AS (the “Trustee”) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 9 November 2017 (the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.
As per 16 March 2020, the Trustee has received one nomination for a candidate to the Bondholders Commitee (the “BHC”) and five notifications from Bondholders who wants to attend the Bondhodlers’ Meeting. This response is insufficient in order to elect a BHC, as the BHC must consist of a minimum of 3 persons.
In addition to these circumstances, the outbreack of the Covid-19 virus and the guidelines resolved by the Norwegian Authorities in the light of this, makes it unsuitable to arrange a physical Bondholders’ Meeting at the current point of time.
Based on the two circumstances described above, the Trustee finds it inadequate to carry out the Bondholders’ Meeting 24 March 2020. The Trustee strongly encourage the Bondholders who are interested in appointing a BHC to contact the Trustee immediately, so the Trustee can get knowledge of whether there is a sufficient interest amount the Bondholders to appoint a BHC. Upon such knowledge the Trustee will take the necessary steps in order to act in accordance with the wishes of the Bondholders.
