Intertrust (Norway) AS (the “Trustee”) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relation to the Bonds dated 27 December 2017 (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

In accordance with received information from the Issuer, we hereby inform you that the following transaction in Majorstuen Kontorbygg II AS has taken place:
Buyer: Oda Elise Norstrøm Roth
Seller: Cathrine Norstrøm
Share: 2,5585 % in Majorstuen Kontorbygg II AS
The Issuer has confirmed that the transactions does not constitute a Change of Control Event.
No action is required from the bondholders with regards to the above stated information.
