Notice to the bondholers in the secured fixed rate bonds issued by Majorstuen Kontorbygg II AS

To the bondholders (the “Bondholders”) in senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0010813520 (the “Bonds”) issued by Majorstuen Kontorbygg II AS (the “Issuer”) on 27 December 2017.

In accordance with received information from the Issuer, we hereby inform you that 4 transactions in Majorstuen Kontorbygg II AS has taken place. 

The Issuer has confirmed that the transactions does not constitute a Change of Control Event.

No action is required from the bondholders with regards to the above stated information.
