Alelion Energy Systems AB (publ) (”the Issuer”) has issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN SE0011984947 (SEK Bond) and SE0011984954 (EUR Bond) (the “Bonds“).
The Final Maturity Date of the Bonds is on the 6 June 2019. The Final Maturity Date can be extended with three (3) months in accordance with section 11.1 (b) of the Terms and Conditions.
The Agent has received a notification of extension from the Issuer which requests that the Final Maturity Date of the Bonds shall be extended with three (3) months. This will make the 6 September 2019 the Final Maturity Date.
