Notification of extension for bonds issued by Gammelhavn Vejle ApS – SEK BONDS ISIN: SE0015346663 – EUR BONDS ISIN: SE0015346671

To the bondholders in the Secured Fixed Rate Corporate Bonds with ISIN SE0015346663 (SEK) and ISIN SE0015346671 (EUR) (the “Bonds”) issued by Gammelhavn Vejle ApS (the “Issuer”) .

Intertrust (Sweden) AS (the “Agent”) is acting as Agent on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 9 February 2021 (the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

The original Final Maturity Date of the Bonds is the 11 February 2023. The Final Maturity Date can be extended with twelve (12) months in accordance with Clause 2(j) of the Terms and Conditions.

The Issuer requests that the Final Maturity Date of the Bonds shall be extended with twelve (12) months, which will make the 11 February 2024 the new Final Maturity Date. The Issuer has given notice to the Agent at least 10 days prior to the original Final Maturity Date in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The Issuer shall therefore redeem the Bonds on the 11 February 2024 with an amount per Bond equal to the Nominal Amount and the accrued but unpaid interest.
