Gemma Utveckling 2016 AB (”the Issuer”) has issued Bonds at a nominal value of up to SEK 140,000,000 or its equivalent in NOK with ISIN: NO0010779507 (NOK Bonds) and NO0010779515 (SEK Bonds).
The Final Redemption date of the Bonds is on the 9 December 2018. The Final Redemption Date can be extended with six (6) months in accordance with section 11.1 (b) of the terms and Conditions.
The Issuer has informed the bondholders that the Final Redemption Date of the Bonds shall be extended with six (6) months which will make the 7 June 2019 a new Final Redemption Date.
