GG Tobaksvejen 2C Holding ApS(”the Issuer”) has issued Bonds at a nominal value of approximately DKK 65,000,000 with ISIN: NO0010794415 (DKK Bonds), NO0010794423 (NOK Bonds) and SE0009994270 (SEK Bonds) (the “Senior Bonds“) and Bonds at a nominal value of approximately DKK 20,000,000 with ISIN: NO0010794431 (DKK Bonds), NO0010794449 (NOK Bonds) and SE0009994288 (SEK Bonds) (the “Junior Bonds“).
The Final Maturity date of the Bonds is on the 7th of September 2018. The Final Maturity Date can be extended with six (6) months in accordance with section 11.1 (b) of the terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Term Sheet.
The Issuer has informed the bondholders that the Final Maturity Date of the Bonds shall be extended with six (6) months which will make the 7th of March 2019 a new Final Maturity Date.
