Golf Hotel Læsø A/S (”the Issuer”) has issued senior secured callable fixed rate SEK and NOK Bonds up to SEK 70,000,000 or its equivalent in NOK with ISIN: SE0010023481 (SEK Bond) and NO0010798002 (NOK Bond).
The Final Maturity Date of the Bonds is on the 30 December 2018. The Final Maturity Date can be extended with six (6) months in accordance with section 11.1 (b) of the Terms and Conditions.
The Issuer has informed the bondholders that the Final Maturity Date of the Bonds shall be extended with six (6) months which will make the 30 June 2019 Final Maturity Date. The Issuer shall therefore redeem the Bonds on 30 June 2019 with an amount per Bond equal to the Nominal Amount and the accrued but unpaid interest.
