Oscar Properties Holding AB – Notice of bankruptcy – ISIN: SE0016275143

To the holders of the up to SEK 800,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Bonds with ISIN SE0016275143 (SEK) (the “Bonds”) issued by Oscar Properties Holding AB (the “Issuer”) on 5 July 2021.

Reference is made to the Bonds issued by the Issuer on 5 July 2021 and the terms and conditions governing the Bonds originally dated 29 June 2021 (as amended and restated from time to time) (the “Terms and Conditions”). All capitalised terms used herein and not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.

The Agent hereby informs all Bondholders of the Issuer’s outstanding Bonds that the Issuer has been declared bankrupt. On 31 October 2024, the Stockholm District Court (Sw. Stockholms tingsrätt) declared Oscar Properties Holding AB bankrupt, based on an application from the Swedish Tax Agency (Sw. Skatteverket). The Agent will initiate discussions with the bankruptcy administrator, Lars Wiking at DLA Piper and will monitor the process going forward.
