Recap Energy AB (publ) – notice of extension of final maturity date

Recap Energy AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) has issued SEK bonds (ISIN: SE0020552792) and EUR bonds (ISIN: SE0020552800) on 27 July 2023 (the Bonds”).

Terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The Issuer hereby gives notice that it exercises the right to extend the original Final Maturity Date with three (3) months in accordance with clause 10.1.2 of the Terms and Conditions.

Because of the Issuer exercising the Extension Option, the Final Maturity Date will mean the date falling twelve (12) months after the Issue Date (being 27 July 2023) or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the first following Business Day.
