To the holders of the Secured Fixed Rate Bonds 2023/2024 with ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0020552800 and SEK BONDS: SE0020552792 (the “Bonds”) issued by Recap Energy AB (publ), Swedish reg. no. 556919-6503 (the “Issuer”), under the terms and conditions dated 27 July 2023.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 14 June 2024 and last date to vote was 12.00 CEST on 4 July 2024, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding extension of the original Final Maturity of the Bonds (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 89,19 per cent of the eligible votes.
