Recap Energy AB (publ) – Notice of written procedure for extension of the original Final Maturity of the Bonds

To the holders in the ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0020552800 and SEK BONDS: SE0020552792: issued by Recap Energy AB (publ) on 27 July 2023.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as agent (the “Agent”) for the holders of the Bonds (the “Bondholders”) in the above-mentioned up to SEK 100,000,000 (or equivalent in EUR) bonds issue with ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0020552800 and SEK BONDS: SE0020552792 (the “Bonds”) issued by Recap Energy AB (publ), Reg. No. 556919-6503, (the “Issuer”). In its capacity as Agent, and as follow from the Finance Documents, the Agent hereby instigates a written procedure, whereby Bondholders can vote for or against the Request to extend the original Final Maturity Date of the bonds (the “Written Procedure”).
