CorpNordic in its capacity as Agent for the SEK 500,000,000, 11%, 2011/2014 bonds (ISIN SE0003945385) as amended earlier this year issued by RusForest AB (publ), has upon request by the issuer convened the bondholders to vote through a procedure in writing with last day of participation on 1 August 2013. The issuer has asked the bondholders to vote on the removal of certain covenants of the remaining RusForest corporate bonds (after Debt-to-Equity Swap” with an outstanding nominal amount of SEK 3,745,250) as announced by the issuer in a press release on 15 July 2013. A formal notice of the meeting has been sent by the Agent on the 15 July 2013 to the registered bondholders of the bond loan. The bondholders are requested to consider the information set out therein.
