To the Noteholders of: YIT Corporation EUR 100,000,000, Senior Unsecured Green Fixed Rate Notes due 2026, ISIN CODE FI4000496302

Intertrust (Finland) Oy acts as noteholders’ agent (the “Noteholders’ Agent”) for the holders (the “Noteholders”) of the senior unsecured green fixed rate notes due 2026 with ISIN FI4000496302 (the “Notes”) issued by YIT Corporation (the “Issuer”). In its capacity as the Noteholders’ Agent, and as requested by the Issuer, the Noteholders’ Agent has on 3 June 2024 initiated a procedure in writing (the “Written Procedure”), whereby Noteholders’ can vote for or against the Proposal (as defined in the notice to the Written Procedure).

The formal notice to the Written Procedure has been sent by registered mail to Noteholders (direct registered owners and registered authorised nominees (Fin: hallintarekisteröinnin hoitaja) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes.

To be eligible to participate in the Written Procedure, a person must fulfil the formal criteria for being a Noteholder on 31 May 2024 (the “Record Date”). This means that the person must, on the Record Date, be registered on a book-entry account with Euroclear Finland Oy, being the CSD, as a direct registered owner or authorised nominee with respect to one or several Notes.

The Noteholders’ Agent must receive the Voting Form no later than 15:00 (Finnish time), 24 June 2024, by regular mail, via courier or e-mail to the addresses indicated in the notice. Votes received thereafter may be disregarded.
