Rhode Island – Amends the Uniform Securities Act and Franchise Investment Act to Allow E-filing and Remove Advertising Fees

House Bill  7867  (Public Law No. 2016-159), Senate Bill 2863 (Public Law No. 2016-153) signed by the governor and effective June 29 amends the Uniform Securities Act and Franchise Investment Act to allow e-filing and remove advertising fees.
