Tennessee – HB 1733 requires business entities to include actual and alternative mailing addresses on documents filed at the Secretary of State

House Bill 1733 (Chapter 783) signed by the governor April 24 and effective July 1 requires business entities to include on documents filed with the Secretary of State both an actual address and an alternative mailing address if the United States Postal Service does not deliver to the actual address.
