Virginia – Establishment of Procedure for Actions of the Board of Directors of a Nonstock Corporation

House Bill 234 (Chapter 383) signed by the governor March 11 and effective July 1 establishes procedure for actions of the board of directors of a nonstock corporation without a meeting.
